- Registration fees mentioned above are in EURO and exclusive of VAT.
- Registration fees include participation in scientific sessions, access to the exhibition area, daily lunch and 2 coffee breaks served throughout the program.
- Registration payments will be made in Euro currency. However, if it is desired to make the payment in Turkish Lira, the payment can be made by converting the payment amount into TL over the TCMB Euro Effective Sales Rate valid on the payment day.
- Everyone who wants to attend the congress scientific meetings as a companion or product promoter must register.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail kayit@osseder.org to the Congress Secretariat.
- For cancellations made on July 2, 2025 or before 50% of the deposited registration fee will be refunded.
- For cancellations made after July 2, 2025 the registration fee is non-refundable, but the registrant nae can be changed.
All refunds will be made within 30 days following the end of the congress, bank transaction costs will be deducted from the refunds.
